Horus Heresy: Legions Imperialis Narrative

The forces of Chaos are mustering for their inevitable invasion of Terra, throneworld to the Imperium of Man. On the Fortress world of Tenzebar, Horus' armies were deployed en masse to wipe out the inhabits and prepare to use the planet as a staging ground for the impending invasion as it is conveniently nestled along a warp route between Segmentum Solar and Ultima Segmentum. The traitor legions have broken out in groups to take their terror to neighboring moons and systems. Receiving multiple distress calls from Tenzebar, loyalist legions and Solar Auxilia are dispatched from Terra to investigate and eliminate. First round matches will be more open field, planetfall battles with scattered terrain as loyalist forces attempt to move towards settlements and traitor legions hunker down to defend.
